Talk about a tough act to follow. One week ago was "Super Tuesday" in which fourteen states and those plucky folks from American Samoa held their primaries for the candidates seeking the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. Today? There are only a small handful of states holding primary elections, including Michigan and Washington.
Hmm...How about,
"WELCOME TO ROSE BOWL TUESDAY!"
Allow it to roll around in the back of your brain for a moment or two before you dismiss it altogether.
It continues to astound and amaze me that here in the State of Concrete Gardens, home to literally millions of people who are happy to tell you just what - and how little - we think of you irrespective of whether you solicit our opinion, our primary remains encamped in June. This year New Jerseyans shall go to the polls on June 2, 2020, along with residents of three other states in this year's final four primaries. Next time you are at a cocktail party and someone casually inquires whether New Jersey, Montana, New Mexico, and South Dakota have anything at all in common...you're welcome.
...you're welcome.
